10. Cancellation & Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing services by providing written notice in accordance with any agreed contractual terms. Where no separate written agreement exists:
- Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice
LW Commercial Group Ltd reserves the right to terminate services immediately where:
- Payments remain overdue
- The client breaches these Terms
- The working relationship becomes unreasonable, abusive, or commercially unviable
Clients remain liable for all work completed and costs incurred up to the termination date.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- LW Commercial Group Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses
- Our total liability relating to any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid for the relevant services giving rise to the claim
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Loss of profits
- Loss of business opportunity
- Project delays caused by third parties
- Contractor performance issues
- Regulatory or planning outcomes
- Investment or property-related losses
Nothing within these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any commercially sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of a project or engagement unless disclosure is required by law.
